1983 Honda C70 Streetcub

A South East Asian inspired bike almost 6 years in the making.

Chassis/Suspension

  • 1983 Honda C70 Passport frame. Rearmost fender chopped, and wheel well widened
  • Supercub/Passport fork, split and widened. External tabs welded for outer shock placement
  • Custom C70 handlebar adapter to accomodate 22mm bar risers
  • Boushi Thailand ANF125 +2″ aluminum swingarm. Custom machined bushing adapters. Stock swing arm pivot is 10mm, ANF swing arm axel is 12mm
  • 280mm rear shocks. Custom machined shock spacers
  • Standard front shocks. Lower shock mounts redrilled to 12mm with custom machined spacers and adapters
  • Custom license plate frame/mount
  • Craze Geniune Customs seat

Wheels and Brakes

  • 3.00″ x 17″ Front wheel, laced to an ANF125 disc brake hub. Custom machined axel spacers.
  • 3.50″ x 17″ Rear wheel, laced to polished C70 drum brake hub. Custom machined axel spacers
  • 200mm front disc brake, with custom 50mm spacer on hub
  • CBR125r 2 piston Nissin calliper mounted to custom disc brake carrier
  • Standard rear drum brake with custom black anodized aluminum rear brake drum arm

Engine/Drivetrain

  • YX140 4 speed manual motor, kickstart only
  • 28mm Nibbi carb
  • 17/35 sprockets, 420 pitch x-ring chain
  • MSX125 rear sprocket carrier, machined to fit C70 rear wheel
  • Underbelly exhaust, Overracing copy

Controls/Cockpit/Electrical

  • 730mm wide low rise 22mm handlebar
  • Daytona Racing bar grips
  • Pitbike 14mm brake and clutch lever
  • 3 button cafe racer inspired left hand controls
  • GPS speedometer (to be installed)
